Regency is among the few schools in the district running a full online ERP. Parents can look up attendance, marks, fee position, circulars and other information relating to their ward at any hour, without waiting for a school working day.
Login is through the school's ERP portal. Credentials are issued by the school office; if a login stops working, write to the office and it will be reset.

Online Grievance Redress Cell
Concerns can be registered online or by telephone. Each case is logged and pursued systematically, and parents are told the outcome.
If a matter has not been settled to a parent's satisfaction, it can be taken up again with the school authorities. A registered grievance stays open on the system until it is resolved properly, so nothing is quietly closed.
