Fees
Fee rules
Dates, late fees and the small number of rules that keep fee collection predictable for everyone.
Payment
The rules in plain terms
- 01Fees are payable monthly and must reach the school by the 10th of the month.
- 02A late fee of Rs. 50 applies where payment is made after the due date, and a further Rs. 25 where the delay continues.
- 03A pupil whose fees remain unpaid may be withheld from examinations until the account is cleared.
- 04A pupil struck off the rolls for non-payment may be re-admitted on payment of a re-admission fee of Rs. 200, subject to a vacancy.
- 05Fees are charged for the full academic session, including vacation months.
- 06No fee is refunded once paid; the admission fee is not transferable.
- 07One calendar month's written notice is required before withdrawing a pupil, failing which fees remain payable.
- 08All payments should be made at the school office or through the parent portal, and a receipt must be obtained in every case.
